Stock non brembo worn out at 21115kms
As the title says, sent the G in for 20k service yesterday. The dealer informs me he has to keep the car in overnight to change the brakes (all 4) as they are worn out COMPLETELY. Its under service contract so its free.
The car was bought new in sep 2006 so its been a couple months now. I drive in a lot of bumper to bumper traffic in the city - is this possible?

Some drivers wear the pads in 10k and some in >30k.............applications per mile, force, and duration.
Many interstate drivers go hundreds of miles without using brakes once.
You can buy aftermarket pads that will last longer without compromising wet stopping distances too much.
How many feet LONGER is acceptable 5,10,15,20 feet from 60 mph.
