hit a pot hole

Just installed my brand new toyo tires, and while driving home, I hit a large pot hole, it made a loud sound, didn't damage the rims, and I don't see anything unusual with the tires.

Should I worry about it? how are the toyo t1r handle with pot holes?

Just keep an eye out for bubbles in the sidewall. If you hit a pot hole big enough, it can crack the plys inside the tire and let air into the carcass causing a bubble in the sidewall. If this happens, replace the tire immediately.

This actually happened to me. It sucked, the tire had probably 75% tread left then I found a bubble on the sidewall. These tires are not cheap..

Buying roadhazard on expensive lopro tires is a good idea.

Potholes suck! I guess Hell Rell from the Diplomats was right when he said "All that walkin' fvckin up your Tims/ New York potholes fvckin up my rims"

But like mentioned above purchase the road hazard warranty it's like insurance for tires.

Potholes suck. I had to get off the interstate to take a mad **** in a unknown stretch of town. Mine wasn't a pothole, I hit more like a freckin crater, it was raining and half the lane was underwater. Results =front broken rim, bent rear rim. Tire's no damage, me made it to the bathroom super pissed

Sorry still venting
