Exclamation HELP! Emergeny brake!

So I am putting in a new brake kit for my car, I finished 3 wheels no problem but on the pasenger side rear I'm having trouble. I got the wheel and caliper off. Then I released the e brake and took off the rotor then I put the e brake back on cuz I am kinda on a slant and I dont wanna roll away. So then I put in the new brake lines and then go release the e-brake so that I can put the new rotor on and it wont go on! I try to move the...hub?? not sure what its called, where i put the rotor on and it wont spin so I believe the e-brake is stuck or something. I tried pushing the brake back in and releasing but its still stuck. Any ideas on what to do? I'd hate to have to pay someone to come fix it or to tow my car to a shop.

thanks in advance!

so the rotor wont go on or the caliper wont go onto the rotor. if the caliper wont go on to the rotor use a clamp and rag to open the space where the pads are so that it will slide on. Not sure if this was any help but that is what it seems like you are describing.

if you have a vlsd from what i understand the wheels will turn together and since one is on the ground its not going to spin, I know to test if you have a vlsd is when both rear tire are off the ground, you spin one and the other should spin too. Im not total sure tho, but thats what i've read and heard.
