HELP rear breaks seized..

Car is an 04' Sedan, the breaks are not seized completley but I do notice when I'm stopped at a light the car doesn't move freely it feels like the breaks are being applied gently, I noticed my rear wheels didn't move freely when I had the car up on Jacks so I know its the rear. Is there a DIY on how to fix this? or can someone tell me how I go about fixing my problem? I knowq there is still good life on the pads & rotors.

Thanks in advance

I had seized rear calipers replaced under warranty on my 03. Do you still have warranty left. Sounds like you got the same problem.
