I am purchasing a set of Tein Basics, Stillen sway bar adjustable link set and a rear SPC rear camber kit. A recommendation was made to purchase the front camber kit as well. With a drop of 1-1.5 inch, should I purchase the front camber kit for $419.00 or wait and see how the alignment comes out after the rear camber kit is installed?

 

I have the exact same set-up you are proposing to install. I opted to delay getting the SPC front camber kit until after the alignment.

Post alignment, the rear specs are dead center. The front specs are at the outside limit of -1.3. Thus far, the rears are wearing very evenly, as expected, and the fronts are wearing quite evenly, as well.

 

I'm planning to get the same setup and was up in the air about the front kit. I guess I will hold off.

 

You'll need the front adjustability. I only have Tein H Tech Z springs, and my front camber is out of spec.

Id just do the fronts anyway... in the long run, Id probably save more money rather than buy tires that last 7-8k miles

 

Doh! Thanks, I just caught that.

Surprisingly, the FRONT tires . . . . . . are holding up much better than the rear ones. Even though they are both wearing very evenly, the fronts tires have much more tread depth on them.
