after a few weeks of owning the car, my gf and i have been noticing that the suspension creaks and squeaks when getting in or out of the car, and when going over larger bumps at low speeds (in or out of driveway, for example).
i'm thinking bushings probably, but not too familiar with these cars yet, odd thing is it sounds just like my bed springs, kinda embarrassing...


any ideas as to what it is prior to bringing it in somewhere?

 

I'd definitely look for a new mattress....

 

I had that problem too, dealership replaced the rear stabilizer bar and that fixed the problem.

 

My roof used to always make a "pop" noise when I went over medium-steep driveway inclines. Adding sway bars really helped get rid of it. Now it only creeks a bit, but only on really severe inclines where I scrape the front as well.

 

I am having the same problem with mine. What is causing these dam squeaks!!

 

The problem noise described could also be caused by the Compression Rod bushings. Do a search for Compression Rod and you'll get lots of hits!!
