Shallow Lugnuts?

Does anyone use a shallow lugnut vs. the standard "over 1.25" nut on their custom wheels? What are you using? Pics? THANKS!

what do you mean shallow? The stock lugs are pretty short to begin with. Do you mean a thiner wall lug?

By 'shallow', I mean the heighth of the lugnut. It seems to me there is a lot extra material at the end vs. the amount of the stud actually threaded. I've seen more shallow nuts. I'm just wondering if anyone here has used them.

I've seen open ended lugs being used, but it usually ends up looking like *** since rust from the stud shows.
