black wheels with red strip on lip?

I've seen a few black Z's with black rims that have this red strip along the circumference of the wheel. Is this a custom paint job or do these wheels come like this? If its a custom job... about how much will it cost?? I think they look sweet on a dark colored car (black!) and I would love to do something like this in the future if I get a 08 G when the lease on my 06 ends next summer...

a little photoshopping I did.

Thanks.
- John

The te's and ce's were also limited editions? I thought only the le's were limited.
