Brake Recall??
Did a brief search couldn't find anything.
Anybody know of or heard of a brake rotor/pad recall for the Infiniti G35??
I have an 05 which just turned 30K miles.
I've noticed a slight pulsation when braking to a stop.
Had my wheels and tires rotated and balanced and though a couple were a bit off spec, that didn't solve the problem.
The tech told me about knowing someone with a G35 and said there was some kind of voluntary brake recall on them, he took his car in and they swapped out the brakes.
Any help, link, advice would be great.
Thanks

03 and 04s only I believe. If they have no more than 3 years or 36,000 miles on the brakes. So I don't think there are very many left on the road.
They replaced my front ones at 24K. I have an '04.
New factory pads are supposedly less of a problem.

Depending upon your individual sensitivity to vibrations you will need to maintain rotor trueness within oem spec OR BETTER!
For some this means cutting rotors every 10k or never for some.
Indexing rotor to achieve minimal runout is the part of brake jobs that never gets done because of the EXTRA 2-3 hours it takes to achieve perfection.
