See when i drive and step on my brake pedal, there is no problem, it brakes, but when im driving slow, and im stepping on the brake like half way, (ex: looking for a parking spot.) I hear this clicking or clanking noise, i dont know if its the brakes or not, its not a grinding noise tho, but it only happens when im driving slow and stepping on the brakes slowly half way through then it pops up that clanking noise. It all happened a few days after installing my engine damper but i doubt it has to even due with that? Although everything in the cabin vibrates, everything drives fine, just only when im stepping on the brakes half way while going slow, i hear that noise but it still brakes fine. Anybody have an idea? Thanks for your time guys! Much G Love!

 

Its probably the pads, i think the piece of the pad i'm reffering to is the shim, where there are two holes and through these two holes the caliper pins hold the pad in place. You probably only notice it when you're going slow. Try this, move forward slow then brake, then move backward then brake. You should hear it click. I've been told that its not a problem, unless anyone else here on the forum can tell us otherwise.
