camber kit question

I am getting some coilovers installed and will be lowering my car about 1.5 in all around. I know that this varies from car to car but will I need both the front and rear camber kit? Any feedback is appreciated. thanks

to lower the car, you won't need a camber kit at all.

it's highly suggested, though.

So let me go back... My #1 priority is to save my tire life, performance is second. So based on what you have what is absolutely necessary? front camber kit, rear camber, rear toe bolt... Thanks for your help.
