Will EXE Konvex wheels fit sedan?

I'm looking at getting some wheels soon, and I like the look of the EXE Konvex ( http://www.exewheels.com/konvex.php )...plus I know someone that can get them to me cheap. My question (mainly to the sedan guys) is will the the wheels fit my 03 sedan okay? For 19", they come in the following sizes:

19 x 8.5, +33 offset
19 x 9.5, +40 offset

I am thinking of going with the 8.5" wheels for front and rear, or staggered. Will either way work, or will I need spacers? Will the wheels stick out too far? (BTW, I am not lowered.) Thanks.

its not really a question if you could, more like if you should, those wheels are steeped in mediocrity

Yes, the wheels will fit. if you ever lower the car, you'll have to roll the fenders depending on the tire size you choose.
