suspension setup

I've been running with some Z's recently and even though I got more power the G's struggling to keep up with handling (z's not running stock setup). I searched the sticky and just left overwhelmed. specs are great but don't always translate to actual quality or performance. real quick, whats tested and works for an aggressive road setup. I CANNOT lower the ride so I'm looking at struts, sways, and later on shocks/springs. thanks

You can get coilovers and not have the car lowered at all. Get ones with adjustable shock stiffness so you can tune it to your liking. You'd probably have to try riding in a car with each of them to really feel how you like it. Each one's springs will feel and react different and so will their shocks. Eibach makes a good sway bar set, and you can also look into a few of the tower bars available, which the info is also here on this site.
