If I remember correctly there is some difference, I cant remember what but I think I remember reading that they were different
they seem to have the same mounting points , im thinking the rotor is a diffrent size tho.
where did you read that ? ive searched and found nothing.

I dunno some where over the time of being on this board I think I recall someone asking this b4

all oem brembo's are unique to the car application with the exception of the 350z/g

Rotors are definitely different sizes:

Not sure about the calipers themselves though.

So i called Brembo and spoke with an engineer , a
he said the calipers are slighly diffrent and rotor is totaly diffrent ,
However he said that using the 03-04 G35 rotor and the spec V caliper might work, without testing he is unsure. but because the 03-04 rotor is almost exact size as the G35 NON brembo rotor.
only other route is to do the 350z track swap.

03-04 g35 non-brembo rotor thickness might be small enough in thickness for the spec V calipers, but it is too small in diameter to be used on the caliper. The biggest problem with the spec-v bremos is that the rotor thickness is nowhere near the g35 brembo's thickness. Also, the spec V sentra rotors are in the 4 lug pattern, so you cant simply use that on a G35. The only solution i see for you, is to find a manufacturer that can drill a spec-v sentra brembo into 5x114.3 to use it on the G35.
Say you were to get it accomplished........you're using a brembo brake kit engeineered for a smaller/lighter car that doesnt have the power as a G35. whether that will affect your safety or not, is completely subjective, but i'd recommend just getting a normal g35 kit used, or another BBK kit for the G. Don't ever scrimp on brakes.
