Do coupe brakes fit on a sedan?

One of my buddies is parting out his coupe and is wanting to sell me his brake setup. He has cross-drilled rotors and Hawk pads, but I'm unsure if the coupe parts will swap over to my sedan. His coupe is an 03 and so is my sedan.

Any input is much appreciated.

This is probably going to be moved, but in short; yes they do. Also 350z brakes will work with little modification. If you are going to get brakes from the coupe make sure they are Brembo.

Edit: Sorry, I just read your entire post and not just the title. The brakes should fit, the only problem is the rotor size changed from '04 to '05. Also, if your friend has Brembo, they will not fit.
