Eibach Pro Sedan springs on a Coupe? Need advice!
I picked up a set of Eibach pro lowering springs for a g35 sedan. However I have a coupe, but I figured hey for cheap I got them and they only had 7k on em why not right? Now im having second thoughts. The guy I got them from said, they are pretty soft just watch the front. After a lot os searching on the forum, supposedly eibach did their R&D on a non sport sedan so the spring rates are:
Eibach G35 Sedan 1.1”/1.1” drop on sedan
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 259/334 initial/final rear 359/416
F +6% R +21% (looking at peak rates and in comparison to a sport suspended sedan)
F +18% R +34% (looking at peak rates only and in comparison to a non sport sedan)
No I have a sport coupe, I think this might be a downgrade in suspension for the drop.
Actual pics the the previous owner had of when he installed them on his car, he got the from his friend with the sedan. Ive talked to him plenty of times before this and I believe what he said.

G35 coupe Eibach prokit
Spring rates front: 229/337 rear: 274/463
It's too bad that better springs that aren't a "downgrade" are ment for the 350Z and end up dropping the car more then you may want.
