How easy to adjust sways

How easy to adjust sways
If I get some adjustable sways, thinking Hotchkis, how hard is it, how long does it take to adjust them?
I may want to set them soft for in between autocross events...

I adjust my front to soft, took about 10 minutes total with a 14mm ratchet and the stock car jack.
