350Z Springs and G-Coupe Shocks

I believe I have 350Z springs installed (prior to my ownership) and stock G Coupe shocks. The car sits about 1' lower and I recall the previous owner mention that there were Z springs on the car so I'm fairly certain.

The ride seems a bit rough and bouncy and seems to be getting worse since I have owned the car (about 10,000 miles).

I don't track the car so that is not an issue. Question is would stock Z shocks make the ride and handling better with the spings I have or is there another option (I have Hotchkis sways on order)?

its often suggested to not use Z springs on G shocks. you may want to see if you can find a set of g35 struts and match it up to stock G springs or if you still want to be low try Z struts with G aftermarket springs maybe.
