35Z\G35c Suspension Question

I have an 05 G35 Sedan with sports package.

I want to run 350z springs up front and G35c (05-07 w\19s) rear spring in the back. I want to do this to give the car a better rake. 350Z springs all around would have the car a saggy rear stance.

Seems like a 350Z shock\strut would be shorter in length than a G35 sedan. So my question is do I need to run 350z shocks up front??

Do the 350Z, G35C (sports package) and sedan (sports package) all have the same shocks\struts?

So my question is,
1. Do I need to run 350z shocks up front??

2. Do the 350Z, G35C (sports package) and sedan (sports package) all have the same shocks\struts?
1. Because the drop amout is only 1" at most, you won't really need to run the 350Z shocks for that reason. What you will want to do is run 04.5+ oem Z shocks at all four because your oem sedan sport shocks do not have enough dampning to run with the 427lbs rear coupe springs your wanting to run and you do NOT want to run just the Z shocks in the rear and oem sedan sport shocks in the front because of differances in shock valving.

2. Definately not. Though IMO, sedan sport shocks are valved the same as G35 coupes that don't have the legit sport suspension. Also, again IMO 2004.5-2008 oem Z shocks (revised) are valved very close to the shocks in 05-07 G35 coupes that do have the legit sports suspension. Not including the 07-08 Nismo version, 2003-2004 oem Z shocks (unrevised) are the stiffest on bump (compression, but also have the poorest rebound control). Avoid oem unrevised 2003-2004 Z shocks at ALL costs.
