If you are lowering, you should also put in some adjustable camber arms so you don't fry your tires.

Yes a camber kit will help reduce tire wear.

i dont mind negative camber, thats why i dont put the 20" i have on.. im just going to run the stock tires and get them switched every 3000 miles. even if i have to buy new tires its way cheaper for 18"s then for 20"s. i guess my real question is how long will my stock springs, struts, and sways last after ive put 94k on them already.

It won't matter if you use your 18s or 20, the tire wear will still occur with increased negative camber. An inch drop will increase negative camber by about -.8 degrees. It's cheaper to buy camber kits and install them.

I understand camber and how it works. I don't mind running -1 degree of camber. What I'm saying with not putting the 20's on because with negative camber there will be increased tire ware but it will be cheaper to replace 2 rear 245/45/18 as opposed to 2 285/30/20's

I don't think replacing your sway bars are more important than camber and toe adjustments. Imo I'd do shocks and a camber kit. Then you would be able to roll on the 20's w/o worrying about uneven tire wear.

There is no need to replace the sways. If anything you shocks will start to go eventualy. I would look into the rear camber kit, ebiach kit it was pretty cheap
