Brake Issue!

Ok I live on a huge Hill in SF, My home in on a inclide and I have to reverse out of my garage and go downhill everymorning.

When I reverse its ok..then when I shift to drive and proceed downhill..i hear a stutter (like thump thump) as soon as the car starts moving..now I have my foot on the brake pedal because I am going downhil..and have to release it slight and press the brake again for the stutter to go.

What can it be?..im about to spray a whole bunch of brake quiet on my rotors...Now I just bought the car 2 weeks ago, but before I take it back I want to know its is something I can take care of with Fluids if whatever?

Sounds like the ABS test just after you start the car. It's OK.
