Rear camber arm install problem

I have a set of SPC rear camber arms waiting to be installed, and I figure these being swapped for the old ones shouldn't be that hard to do in my driveway, right? Well I got under the car and attempted to remove the old stock camber arms. The trouble was with the inner 17mm bolt holding the camber arm. I got the nut out with a breaker bar but can't seem to get the bolt off as it would just stay there turning (i.e. adjusting the camber in either direction along the elongated hole). What exactly am I missing here? Do I need to hammer out the bolt? Help!

The attached pic shows the location of the inner bolt circled in yellow (that is not my car).

You need to remove the spring from the springbucket first as it is applying pressure to the arm, or you need to jack up underneath the spring bucket to remove the tension from the bolt, then hammer it out.

i would just load up the spring carrier (he calls it bucket) and you should
be able to push it out while you turn the bolt. when i did my stillens (the
ones in that pict you show) i dont think i needed removed anything else.
this is over 3yrs ago so my memory is a little gray.

dont force anything on these suspension fasteners as they will strip.
