Help with Alignment on Z Htechs

I recently got dropped, and I am going to get an alignment on Saturday. What should my numbers be if I want to maximize tire life and even treadwear? I have a g coupe dropped on Z Htechs btw.

You should be able to get the camber in the rear around -1.6 without a camber kit. Make sure the toe all the way around is about 0.04.

Thanks I know about that thread, and I have the owner's manual, and the service manual. But there is a range....I was looking for an optimum setting if someone knew one. But thank you for taking the time to give me the link and not telling me to search

no problem

personally, i'd max out the camber within the range so you get the best handling. toe is what will eat up your tires so make sure they get those dialed in dead center to 0

Rear camber is NOT adjustable on the coupe...I even called Infiniti. Right now my camber is -2.0 on both sides in the rear. Is this ok?

How much is a rear camber kit and how much does it cost to install? Thanks for any help.

lol, you'd rather listen to the dealership instead of myself who has owned the car for the past 3 years and has done atleast 20 alignments on it and not to mention countless other Z's and G's that i've done alignments for????????

I promise you the REAR camber is adjustable from the factory on every G35, coupe or sedan, and 350Z. Like i said, you should be able to get the rear camber to around -1.6, but it varies from car to car and the toe should be from 0.00 to 0.04

No I would rather listen to you as I am not that knowledgable. How do I find someone who can adjust my rear camber?

Any shop that has an alignment rack and a mechanic with half a brain can do your alignment. You loosen one side of the bolt/nut and turn the other side until it's in spec.

maybe the confusion you have with the dealer info is front/rear.

Front camber is not adjustable without a kit, rear is.

I had mine aligned today dropped on Z s-techs. -1.6 left, -1.9 right with no adjustment. Not in spec but not too bad with that drop.

Ichiba rear camber arms and toe kit so they had 0 problems getting in spec back there. Dead on -1.5 on each side with plenty of range left if I want to go less aggressive.
