Read my reply on the first page. If you need clarity on any one point, do ask.

My O7 is has the sport suspension and I do notice the stiffness, but coming from a Z, I can't imagine how a non-sport suspension would be.

Yes it would be beneficial. Though weigh the cost vs the cost to get Tokico D-specs ment for the 350Z.

ye, it would cost me $495 for the tokico d-specs, becauase that was my first choice, so if I can find some used sport shocks from an 05 or 06 with low mileage, thats what I am going to do..Thanks

Is there a way to tell if they are the sport shocks, or did all 05's and 06 coupes come with them. Becuase if I buy them from someone, I want to make sure I am actually getting the right shocks..Thanks

Not all 05, 06 or 07 coupes have the sport suspension, it's only on car's delivered on oem 19 inch wheels. Any coupe delivered on any other wheel size, reguardless of build year has the regular suspension.

Here are shock part numbers so you can use them if if you want to make sure your getting legit sport suspension shocks. It' also lists non sport part numbers to.

Coupe sport suspension shock part#’s

Right front 56110am829
Left front 56110am885 (this number doesn't make sense, may actually be 830 instead)

Rear (2) 56210cd726

Coupe shock part numbers without sport suspension

R or L front 56110am806
R or L front 56110am807
Rear (2) 56210am902

Question about the source of the new number.

From the Infiniti parts computer?
From the sticker applied to the rear shock?
From the number stamped in the steel body of the shock?
