Tein Flex Question

-I have installed my Flex the other day. I notice when I turn the wheel about 2 times I hear a click sound coming from the drivers front. I do not really turn the wheel that far to hear the noise when just driving around. I hear the sound when I am turnin aroundWhat could these be? It is sitting really low and going to raise it a little bit.

-What do I need to look out or hear for with these. Is there any wearing out of parts from lowerin it?
