strut bar and hood help

so i got my richie v2 installed like last week and after i installed it on its lowest setting it pushes up my hood a bit should i put shims where the brackets are so it wont hit anymore???

Did you take off the black hood lining thing? (sorry forgot what its called)

dremel the mounts so the bar can sit lower
