Recently I have been leaking brake which has been making me refill my reservoir like every week. The leak is coming from the back left tire

Okay. Unless you have mechanical experience, you need to get it to a dealer(warranty) or to a qualified mechanic NOW. Not next week, not in a few days, TODAY

Probably a faulty caliper. It needs to be fixed right away.

Given you have no pictures nor a decent description of the problem, my internet diagnostics won't be very good.

Take it to a repair shop TODAY before you lose your brakes and hit someone.
