yeah, I've heard conflicting answers to that one . I can never get a definitive answer. I would love to put both oem sways side by side.

I have the sport ones (4.5 inches around the front bar). What did you get?The results may not give the complete picture if the thickness of the interior tubing is different as well.

Depending of if they are hollow or not, the OD might not be an idicator of stiffness. If they are hollow, they could have the same od but be thicker resulting in a stiffer bar but no change in od.

But I do think the oem bars are solid.

also see if the oem and stillen sway bar endlink holes align with each other in the same spot. The sport ones align with the medium hole on the stillens.

i got everything installed and buttoned up. Med/Med setting. I didnt have a chance to measure the stock bars, i was completely exhuasted when i was all done with this. The install was going fine until trying to get the 2 rear bolts off the exhuast. One broken bolt and one stripped one, so i had to dremel the suckers off then drop the muffler to drill the studs out. Other than that the car handles like its on rails. I will post up the size of the sway when i get home from the weekend.

I'm still confused on what setting to use for the single Stillen rear bar I have because I have an X. I can't use a front on my X so the rear is my only option. I'm leaning toward the hard setting and then swapping the endlinks down the line sometime.

i got some powergrid adjustable endlinks so will try the intermediate
setting on the front. i think the med/med is a tad too soft on the
front when running wider wheels than factory with aggressive offsets.
really depends on the wheel rate at this point.

it is at med/med right now f/r. will do firm-med/med setting.

Springs are max: front ~360lbs/in (progressive), rear ~460lbs/in (progressive)
D-specs set at front 1.5 from hard, rear 2.5 from hard
