stillen sways

I will be installing my stillen sways this afternoon. Im currently dropped on Greddy Type-S coil overs and would like a moderately agressive set up. I was thinking medium in the front and rear. Im not really sure as to what setting to adjust them to. I dont really track my car or anything but there are times when i drive a little bit spirited if you will. Im not looking to be snapping endlinks or even the bars for that matter so i do not want to go hard/hard. Any suggestions are welcome, thanks again guys!

IMHO, I think it might depend on the spring rates of your coilovers. Even the softest settings are stiffer than stock so why not try soft/soft? It's easy to adjust anyway

front spring rates are 10k and rears are 8k, i know its easy to adjust, i just want to see what others are running and make a decision based off of that so im not going in and out from under the car

More load on the endlinks, which are designed to handle the stock sway bar, which is not solid and stiff as the aftermarket ones. It will cause the endlinks to fatigue and ultimately snapp in very harsh driving conditions like the track or hard canyon runs.

OP, since you're not going to track. Hard/hard should be ok. I found that med/med is similar to the sport suspension sway bar (same diameter bar, same endlink hole position, similar body roll). I have spiritedly run hard/hard for about a year without issues.

Stillen:
Construction: 1 3/8-inch diameter (front) and 7/8-inch diameter (rear) tube bars
Bushings: None included (re-use OEM bushings or buy aftermarket ones)*
Stiffness settings for the front/rear sways: from 7% to 70% stiffer than stock

Stillen Sway Settings....!

My Stillen sways have been set on MED/MED for two years now and that
works for me. One of my next mods will be to install ajustable endlinks due
to the OEM weakness. Adding beefer endlinks by itself will improve how well
the sways work.

(7% to 70%) however stillen never says which stock suspension (sport or non-sport).
