Offset fitment for g35x with eibach prokit drop

Hey you guys I just drop my g35x with eibach prokit springs and now I'm ready for new rims/tires.
I need help with wheels offset. I found some rims that's that are 19x8.5 offset 40mm. I want to find out if they will rub if I run these rims with 245x40x19 series tires all around.

No they should not rub, when I ran a 20x8.5 +40 I did not rub at all.
