I have project mu pads n they r really noisy, so I am gonna try to sand them down a bit n lube the schims up again when I get my ss lines. The mu pads stop my g on 20s on a dime, but the noise @ lower speeds in horrible. I had hawk hps n they r crap. I got mu pads on ebay for $40

im on the project mu b-force pads, at first i had squeal, i found that it was coming from the front passenger side. so i took 120 grit sandpaper to the disk and not a sound from it...

No, I got the NS. That is what Eddie recommended for my application since I rarely do any aggressive braking.

I use HC+ (albiet on a different car).

Very streetable, and durable for some spirited driving. They do dust quite a bit, and need to be properly bedded. Some report noise, but I havn't had problem with them. For a hard track session, I'd recommend a set of dedicated track pads and rotors.

Keep in mind that my spirited driving is a bit more agressive than most; the OEM pads for the 03-04 coupe brembos will quickly fade to my relentless braking

akebono ceramics from tirerack... great stopping power, absolutely no noise, and very little to no brake dust.

Guys, unless we talk about fully metallic racing brake pads, brake pads and rotors don't make squealing noise. What does make noise is the brake pad not being mounted to the caliper properly with a liberal amount of CRC Brake Quiet, (or whatever your favorite brand is), on the back of the brake pad mounting plate. I've always used CRC Brake Quiet in my 25years in the automotive repair industry and I have absolutely never, ever had any problems with noisey brakes.

If you use this product correctly, I think you will find the noisey brakes issue a thing of the past. Below is the link -

You can find it at most of the better, (read non-discount), auto supply stores. I hope this helps you fellows out.

Akebono ProActs. Very little dust, so squeal, and very easy on the rotors.
