anyone esle snapped one? I wonder what the common link is if there is one. Did anyone ever raise the question with Stillen at the last outing?

Even if you can't find the receipt, you'd think Stillen would want to stand behind their product and make it right with you. They should just send you another sway bar regardless. That sucks man. Good luck

So what does a receipt have to do with a defective product?

thats what im sayin! This is rediculous stillen should get on this asap. This is a suspension part, made to be put into stress, the whole point of a stronger sway bar is for it not to fatigue and to hold up to the higher stress and demand of the driver.

maybe they are being **** about the receipt to see if their bar was either purchased through them or an authorized stillen dealer. regardless how it was purchased stillen is a established company, they should just take it in a replace their defective product. customer service like that is what keeps customers coming back to buy from you regardless of price.

then again, i've had my hotchkis for well over 4 years now and going strong ;-)

Its also to see if it was purchased more than the allotted warranty period. Hotchkis has a 3 year warranty, not sure about stillen. Plus they probably want to know if it was installed by a certified tech.
