For the past couple weeks i've been feeling the car a bit wavy through turns but thought nothing of it and just a couple days ago I was washing my car, decided to go underneath and clean off my APS exhaust from all the rain...so i get on my knees (for my G) and low and behold I see this.....







Now im not an expert on "high strength aircraft grade steel" but i dont think it's supposed to break like this....any ideas as to wtf happend?

I've hit roadkill prob. 2x in the past month but no animal hard enough to do this. Also, these are Gold because they are the older set before Stillen switched their products over to Red.

I e-mailed Stillen before posting pics just to be courteous and see what they can do for me, but nothing can be done because I dont have a receipt.

Anyone got an extra Stillen rear sway bar??

 

Holy crap! I know this happened to someone else and Stillen stood behind their product.

 

its too bad stillen is pulling that no receipt crap.

 

Really?, haven't heard or seen any others. Stillen seems to have nice people over there, we've been talking through e-mail and stuff that's why I didnt post this earlier, to give them a chance to make things right. But they're not budging on the no receipt thing :/

 

How did you purchase the sway bars? If you bought them through a vendor what did you pay with? If it was with a credit card vendors have to keep a copy of their reciept or atleast a copy of their batch report through their credit card system.

ive got an OEM 06 6MT sway bar if you're interested.

 

This isn't the first stillen bar to break either, that sucks. Try calling them to see if you get some more help

Wow thats crazy but from reading the other thread all u need to do is grab some pics of "your" receipt so i bet some member would let u use theres lol

I've been in talks with them for a couple weeks but I just cant find my damn receipt.
