Coilover or Springs/struts

I can't decide whether to buy a nice set of coilovers or just stick with a spring/shock combo.

Will I need a camber kit with coilovers as well or do they allow enough adjustment by themselves?

Coilovers. If it's too low, you'll need a camber kit.

I plan on having it low enough to eliminate all fender gap on the stock 18's. Once I get some 19's I plan to run minimal gap as well. So I'd probably need a camber kit? I'm reading good things about BC coilovers so I might go with that.

I'm slammed on BC coils and absolutely LOVE them! They ride awesome. I've got tons of negative camber though haha If you decide to get some hit me up and I should be able to score you a deal from where I got mine.
