You will feel the difference. Because we experience the body flex daily, we're sort of numb to it. That's when you realize how good this bar is at stiffening the front and minimizing that flex. Not even the GT spec bars came close to matching what this bar has already done. I've never had the GT spec mid chassis brace, so i can't speak for that. But i also noticed that on certain areas my car's bumper would scrape the street, the bottom part. After the bar, it does not anymore in certain areas. i am lowered, but in areas where i would normally scrape, i have not been.

I actually had all 4 braces GT Spec makes for the coupe (mid chassis, f and r lower ties, and rear lateral arm) and felt like the mid chassis really didnt do much, just like the tie bars. I actually ended up selling it to upgrade to the RA front strut bar, I am guessing a much better improvement.
