OCAutosports Cliffhangers

I put these on my 04 G35 Coupe and they look great! The guys at OCAutosports were very helpful and gave me a great price. I put Hawk HPS pads on and the braking is SO much smoother than the stock ones. Had them about a month now and not a speck of rust yet. Even better, no dust!! Here are a few pictures.

Man, I'm glad I found this post because I was trying to figure out what I had bought from NAPA. I can say after six or seven months to anyone that cares that the "Premium" rotors I went with suck donkey *****! From the start. I didn't know enough to take the stupid things back right away. I thought once you put them on and ran them that you couldn't take them back. Also, I was wondering if it could have been my install, you know, not using a torque wrench and other little things like that. I know now that ain't the case. Shudder is terrible. I have gone to Pep Boys and Nissan to try to get them smoothed out and it is just not happening. I measured runout in my hubs and it's nearly zero. Like half a thousandth for both, if even that. So it must be these stupid rotors. I have gotten them resurfaced a total of three times and they still suck. I'm just about down to min thickness now. I discovered yesterday when I was experimenting with mounting them one or two lugs rotated on the hub that they were "Made in China." That's probably the problem to boot. Whenever I get tired of these things or feel like spending more dough, I'm gonna just go to everythingg35 and get the OEM Infiniti rotors. I wonder if those Ultra Premium rotors would have done better. I'm not gonna try them out either way. I'm debating about whether to get rotor runout shims, but that'll be another 50 bux with tax and shipping. I see that both of these rotors NAPA sells have gone down in price. $43.49 and $76.99 now.
