the cheapest way to drop is springs but if you want a full coilover you have to do research on how cheap your willing to go.

The absolute cheapest way is to cut the springs. Would I recommend that......HELL NO!!! Don't do it cheap, do it right the first time. A low drop on springs and your struts won't last much longer. Get new struts and springs and you will need a camber kit to correct the alignment.
