can I only install spings safely?

I tried to find any info but a lil hard but on my previous cars i had to replace the whole struts before i could drop the car is it the same with th 08 sedan? can i use the stock struts or will they just blow in the future? thanks

Many people have ran just springs for many miles... I rode on my stock 04 shocks for over a year before I switched to coils with no problems at all.

You are usually good on stock shocks with lowering springs, until the shocks have around 40k. You should be just fine though, but I would plan on installing shocks before too long

They will work but it's not the best idea. You will have a lot of performance gains by matching the struts with springs.
