Props to SPL customer service!

One of my SPL endlinks snapped due to poor installation and one call to SPL got me free replacement for the bolt, spacers, nut, and the tampered spacer for FREE! I was surprised that they covered everything including the shipping even though i told them it happened due to poor installation.

I just wanted to share my pleasant experience with these guys.

i second SPL. like I've said in my other posts, SPL has to have one of the best support there is in this industry.

Stupid mom and pop shot that i took the car to, they did not tighten the nut. the nut was loose and that caused the bolt to snap in half on the street.
