just wondering.
If I buy the AKEBONO PROACT815 front pads. Will it fit using the OEM shims and those bracket/holders?

Also, do they have the "sensors" that starts to squeak when the brake is pretty worn?

Lastly, anyone with any experience? I understand they are ceramic. And I do live in Denver where the temperature gets below freezing. The OEM's were fine. Would these be better or worse for me?

 

Aftermarket pads should have built-in squealer things, and should be able to fit oem shims.

 

my HPS pads for the fronts didn't have any wear indicators, at least not the traditional tab kind.

 

just use whatever the aftermarket pads come with.
