lowering springs and stock struts
ok I'm buying some H&R 350z lowering springs my question is will I mess up my stock struts

you will need to replace the shocks eventually because lowering springs decrease the life of the shock.

Unless you are doing it yourself, you will find the cost of having the install twice will negate the cost of new shocks.
