Front toe, adjustable?

I've had my G for a little over a year and I'm about to buy some new tires. The rear tire wear is fairly even. There is noticeably more wear on the inside but that's what I expected. Now the front is whats bothering me. The front seems to have a lot of toe out. I can notice it by eye and the tires show it very well. The wear on the inside of my tires is the worst I've seen, the rest of my tire is in great shape (they look like they could probably last another year).

Do these cars come with a lot of toe out from the factory? Is it adjustable from the factory?

I'm buying new tires this week and getting my alignment checked.
Will they be able to correct some of my toe out? I know camber affects toe so is the toe correctable only to the extent that the camber is, which would involve me buying camber arms.

Please give me good new... I don't feel like buying any more parts along with the tires.

Got my alignment specs back, everything is within range except my front right. I have no idea how it would be so off. My front left camber is -1.1 and my front right is -2.5 I dont see how it could be so much more off on one side than the other. Any input? Also what is the SAI number?

The alignment tech also notified my that the lower bushings in teh front are busted, I see thats a typical problem for most G owners. Is that going to affect my alignment?

I have yet to remove my front wheels to take a look for myself so all I know is what the shop told me. I'm going to take a look sometime this week.
