i have stance gr+ coilovers and the ride on them right now is terrible.

how do i adjust the ride quality?!?!?! front and rear?

is the front just the **** on top? but the **** has a L and H?!?!

for the back i have no clue

L for softer and h for stiffer
for the rears im not sure but if its like others you have to pull the shock down to get to the ***** on top
