Is alignment necessary when getting new wheels?

I am upgrading from my stock 19s to some 20" axis shines with 245/35 and 275/30. Do I have to get an alignment if I haven't been having any issues? I'd hate to waste $100 if I don't really have to.

no you don't need an alignment...unless you mess with your suspension components, then you will have to
