Eibach Spacer 5mm question

I was wondering if i can keep the regular stock lugs and use a eibach 5mm spacer in ther rear without having to use the eibach long lugs that come with it

setup i have:
Piaa super rozza 19x10
tein s-tech drop

^ although 5mm is not much, always swap out the studs with the new ones that come w/ the kit. Safety first!
