Probably dumb OEM brake parts question

I was looking online at some OEM brake parts

When it says "Front Caliper, g37, left, w/sport model" Does that include the pistons or do the pistons need to be bought separately?

There is also an entry that says "Caliper piston, g37, w/sport model, upper" Do I need to buy the upper/lower pistons too or is that only for people who already have the caliper and need to replace just a piston?

This was on Performance NISSAN in Duarte's site but I'm pretty sure they are the same everywhere.

Thanks in advance

see on the left how there are two sections? One says caliper and one says caliper piston, I wanted to know if you buy the caliper do you need to buy the piston too or is it included when you buy the caliper?

Either way it doesn't really matter, I've already gotten the kit

Same parts, but different prices in all parts. Thought you could save some money.
