I would go with the Akebono BBK from the G37's. Its also just a matter of time before aftermarket 2-piece rotors are released for this same setup.

Many people don't know the name Akebono, but remember, the 3 manufacturers for F1 brakes are Brembo, AP Racing, and Akebono

+ 1 i would go for akebono
ITS OEM!
cant go wrong there
also, you wont need to upgrade your master cylinder or brake booster like some BBK's out there(or so i was told, cause some BBK's you gotta pump the brakes b4 you get a good bite, but thats what i herd)

You're forgetting Carbon Industries, Alonso's favorites. Originally Posted by Mike@RiversideInfiniti

Slotted > Slotted/drilled. No matter what people tell you about being cast drilled, they aren't as strong.Originally Posted by FlameOn

+1 for the Akebono kit. You'll have plenty of money from your budget left over too.

price drop on mine to 2999. i know it might be a little much but it will be one of the best deals for a kit like this in a long time

I don't see any problem in used BBK's. I bought my GREX kit used, and it works just fine. I just had to replace a set of pads.

ArizonaZCar Wilwood BBK cost me around $2500. Very affordable.
