Xperiencing bad ride quality on Stock Suspension...Help!

My 04' Coupe stock suspension ride quality has become very very hard and seems like there's no absorption.. Do anyone know what's the cause? Before I take it to the dealer that 2hrs away I want to know if it's something I can Fix myself like replace the suspension or if it's just that I need new tires.

How many miles on the suspension? What condition are your tires in? 4+ years and the shocks will definitely decline somewhat in compression performance, though if they've not got major mileage on them, they should still be in decent shape. You could have a blown shock or two. Take the wheels off and check to see if there's any oil leaking out of them. Tires also will affect ride if you're close to the wear bars or if they're worn unevenly.

50+ miles on my suspension and I do believe it's time for some new tires. I'll will definitely follow your instructions and check my suspension. I thank you're going to be right to fix the hard ride quality.

Yeah, 50k+ miles and 4.5 years is enough - you will definitely see a difference if you change out your shocks. Don't forget to change out as many rubber suspension bits as you can (mounting insulators, spring seats, etc.) as these wear also.
