yeah. It's a direct replacement of OEM parts.

no brackets required.

Both the pads and the rotors will fit, as long as you order the ones that apply to your car year and model. Just make sure that you order front and rear if you are doing both, because the link you posted are only for the front and the price is per side, not per pair. As for the dealership charging you that much, does that include parts and labor or just labor? If just labor, that is pretty steep imo. I'd post up a thread in the norcal section, there are a couple of guys on here who would be able to do this for you for cheaper Im sure.

Those rotors are way over priced!

Look at these for $115 each-

Outstanding product!!

Hey guys... been looking into the racing brake setup ... kinda interesting... do a lot of people run these? and how do they compare to OEM?

I notice that the site says :

Brake Rotor (Slot) - G35 (non Sport) FRONT 05-08 (L/R) - he he i know i need 2

Now my question is... what does the "non sport" refer to? is that talking about the G35-S? or sport suspension - which I have?

Also which pads would you recommend from racingbrake?

Agreed. And at 17lbs, they are lighter than the oem rotors. (approx 19-20lbs I think)

Anyone know about this? I assume these rotors will work on my 05 - 6mt w/ sport suspension... just the non sport in the name is throwing me off...

Let me know

Call to make sure but the sport/non sport had the same rotors. For the 05+, the OEM pads are the best option unless you are tracking. Great performance with none of the massive dust the 03-04 pads had.

Not sure why they have "non sport" in the name. Possibly due to the confusion with G35's rotor sizes. Some have Brembos, some without Brembos and then a change to a larger rotor in 2005. Look closely at other company catalogs- some do not list a different part number for all non-Brembo cars! Starting in 2005, the G35 has a larger rotor than earlier non-Brembo G35's.

I have been using stock size Racing Brake slotted rotors for over 20,000 miles on my 2005 coupe. They are awesome!

For which size rotor? Even the stock small 03-04 rotors are 15-17lbs. There's no way a 1pc cast front rotor even for the early Gs are only 10lbs. IMHO.

But if you can verify, that would be great!
