Nismo sways & no VDC

I was doing some research on whether some Nismo sway bars that a poster was selling would fit on my 06' coupe and found on many websites that it reads "w/o VDC" or "no VDC".
Does this mean you're not suppose to turn the VDC off after these are installed?
Has anyone had any issues with the Nismo sways and VDC?
Does the extra torque of the engine somehow affect the sway bars?
This seems weird to me. Any info is much appreciated.

There's no issue with VDC and sway bars.

Not sure what they are referring to but the sway bars have no affect on my VDC.

Perhaps they assumed you were going to drive it like you stole it after the install...then it would make sense
